Responsibilities
• Assist in ongoing IT projects, including systems implementation, enhancement, and process improvement.
• Onboard new users and provide ongoing support on various systems and devices.
• Proactively monitor and maintain the infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and stability.
• Perform regular audits of systems, applications, and network infrastructure to ensure compliance with security standards.
• Identify vulnerabilities and security risks, and recommend appropriate measures for remediation.
• Degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
• Previous experience as a support specialist, cloud infrastructure specialist, or programming specialist.
• Solid understanding of basic IT fields, including networking, end-user, system administration, and cloud engineering.
• Basic or advanced knowledge in various scripting languages, such as SQL, CSS, REST/SOAP, Java, etc.
• Strong diagnostic skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide clear and concise support to users.
