The Therapy Consultant will be responsible to spearhead the launch of our innovative DME neurorehabilitation technology. The ideal candidate will be passionate about advancing patient care through cutting-edge solutions, possess strong sales skills, and have a deep understanding of the rehabilitation industry.
Responsibilities
Identify and target potential customers, including clinics, rehabilitation centers, and healthcare professionals in the neurorehabilitation field.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive the successful launch and adoption of the new product.
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
Create a seamless and consistent patient flow through clinician education and product adoption.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
Acquire in-depth knowledge of the company's products and services.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to healthcare professionals, highlighting the benefits and features of the products.
Provide training and support to healthcare providers on the use of our product.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status in the Salesforce.com system.
Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and address any issues or concerns.
Gather feedback from customers and relay it to the product development team for continuous improvement.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional strategies and campaigns for the new product launch.
Participate in industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to promote the new neurorehabilitation product.
Communicate effectively with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure alignment and support for the product launch.
